Exploring history with family
We were joined by some our family - Steve’s Dad and Step-mother, Richard and Diane.
Diane is really big into genealogy and understanding where we all come from. Recently she was able to prove Steve’s family all the way back to the Mayflower ! What an incredible thing to know!
This trip has additional meaning for all of us as we learn more about the European settlers who came to this area in the 1600s, as we have a proven personal connection to the history here. We are excited to have them here with us and look forward to taking a deep dive into the history here!
