Exploring petroglyphs in Tuscon
On the drive around the park in the West/Tucson Mountain district, we stopped at Signal Hill Picnic area and took a short trail up to the largest petroglyph site in the Tucson Mountain District of Saguaro National Park.
The Signal Hill Petroglyph Site consists of over 200 prehistoric Native American petroglyphs which are estimated to be created between about 550 to 1550 years ago.
