Real Buffalo chicken wings
Spending time in Buffalo, NY a MUST DO thing for us was to eat at THE restaurant where buffalo wings were invented. Steve worked at a wings joint in his younger years and makes really good wings. We wanted to see how different his were than the originals (and which were better!).
Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY is the home of the original Buffalo chicken wing. They have been in business almost 90 years, and have been serving patrons from near and far the original recipe since 1964! It’s a neat place with a motorcycle sports bar vibe - motorcycles, license plates, and Buffalo Bills memorabilia line the walls. Neat experience - especially with friends!
