What does winter look like for a full-time RVer
Well, we all do it a little differently. Some spend 4-6 months in their winter location - visiting doctors, fixing their RV, and planning their next travel season.
This year, we spent a little over two months in (very) southern Texas. While we didn’t fully escape the frigid temperatures (it was BELOW freezing in Brownsville, TX on January 22nd!), we did fare better than much of our friends in the southeastern states.
Other than the almost constant 10+mph winds with gusts up to 40mph, we really enjoyed our time in Brownsville. Our next few posts will highlight our winter stay.
