While attending the Grand Design Tennessee owners rally in Sevierville, TN, we took an evening on our own and visited Gatlinburg. Steve and I were last in Gatlinburg summer of 2019. It hasn’t changed much, but we did try something new! We had dinner at Cherokee Grill and then went to Alibi , a new speakeasy, for drinks. Steve elected to have a Stella and ended the night with a Baileys on the rocks.
I tried something called a White Rabbit, which is Alibi’s version of a margarita. The arrow on the glass is made of wild hibiscus pyramid salt. The ball on top is an edible buzz button flower that feels kind of like pop rocks in your mouth!
This was definitely outside our normal Friday evening routine, so we appreciate our friends inviting us along!
