Who doesn’t love ice cream?! We found this great place @rollingwithhne that serves ROLLED ice cream! Have you had rolled ice cream before? The process is super neat to watch. They start with CREAM and other ingredients and pour it onto a really cold slab
The ingredients are chopped and mixed and then formed into a small, thin rectangle. A special spatula is used to slice the rectangle into strips which are then rolled and put into a cup for serving.
Add some whipped cream and garnish with chocolate sauce (and others like the graham cracker!) and Voila! Amazingly delicious rolled ice cream.
PS - I’m super saddened to hear that this place is closing their doors in March. If you’re in Brownsville, please get out to see them. Their ice cream was awesome!
