Having to back up on a narrow two lane road and turn around in a driveway due to super low hanging branches was not on our bingo card this year, but should have been! Thank goodness for Steve’s cautious driving and the patience of the people of Lynnville, Tennessee.

Steve got to show off our off grid power setup to some new friends before the National rally. They were very impressed with how “clean” and well planned his install was. Both guys travel with different systems than ours, so Steve got to learn about theirs as well. He came away with some great ideas for the future!

During the Grand Design National Rally we took a factory tour of the toy hauler brand- Momentum. We learned a lot about the build process and even saw a couple prototype units! What a great thing to do during the rally!

We’re at the Grand Design RV National Rally this week in Goshen, Indiana, and having a wonderful time. The techs are working hard and doing amazing work! We’re enjoying spending time with our GRAND family!

Only about $22 and 45 minutes to replace the end on our power cord after the ground lug broke off! It would have been a lot easier with the right tools, but a razor knife got the job done.

Are you seeing campgrounds charging for electricity usage? We stayed overnight at a park north of Lexington, KY who charges a $5 DAILY deposit for electricity usage.

The silverware drawer after our last travel day looks a lot like my brain on Monday morning before coffee! Having a rear kitchen is definitely not for the faint of heart.

I’m pretty sure the Watchdog is not supposed to make that noise…
