Coco says “Hi"

For those of you traveling with pups, what secrets do you have to keep your dogs well behaved and prevent boredom?
Our favorite one is specifically geared towards people with more than one dog. Make sure each pupper gets some one-on-one time with you. We like to sit outside with each of ours separately and walk them separately. Walks include both time to sniff and training.
We’ve finally seen crops other than corn and soybeans

We’ve finally seen crops other than corn and soybeans! In Western NY, we’ve seen lots of cabbage and apples too. Kinda neat seeing both green and purple cabbage in the same field!
Exploring the George Eastman Museum

We explored the George Eastman Museum in Rochester. If you know any of our history as a couple, you know that Steve and I met at a photography club many moons ago. The museum was split to cover both the history of photography and film and the history of George Eastman.
Life is so much better with friends

Life is so much better with friends! Pamela Kennedy and Steve live near Rochester, and we met up with them to have lunch and tour the area. We stopped at Charlotte-Genesee lighthouse and the docent gave us lots of history on the light house and the port, then took us up to the top. It was his 4th trip up those stairs! We stopped at a local park and put our hands in Lake Ontario, making it the 2nd of the Great Lakes that we have visited and touched this year. It was MUCH warmer than Lake Michigan. What a great day!!
When in Western NY you need to try a Loganberry

When in Western NY, you need to try a Loganberry. This delicious fountain drink has no carbonation and tastes like a berry juice. It’s a combination of blackberry and raspberry flavors and is very sweet. I really enjoyed it with our pizza and wings last night.
Bill’s Old Bike Barn - A hidden gem

We stumbled upon this awesome museum in NE Pennsylvania called Bill’s Old Bike Barn . Bill has been servicing and rebuilding motorcycles for more than 65 years. In the prime of his career, he was buying and selling Harley Davidson dealerships and decided to build his retirement “job” as a museum for various items he collected and classic motorcycles he rebuilt during his career.
Two years and still going!

With everything going on this summer, Steve and I were pretty quiet about our recent anniversary. On July 1, 2022, we officially left the old sticks and bricks behind and moved into the RV to become nomads. Yesterday, we celebrated the 2 year anniversary of our first big trip in the RV.

Murals in Canton, OH

We saw these murals walking around looking at street art and murals in Canton, OH. We probably snapped photos of 50 different pieces of street art that day (and did not capture all of them!).
